The Real Blasphemy

There was a time I respected the opinion of someone who was religiously against homosexuality or abortion or any of the myriad social issues in our world today. But now I see it for what it is. It’s a person worshipping a god too small to fit in reality. And worshipping a facsimile of ourselves instead of something that could feasibly have made us is the true blasphemy.

I’m no believer, but I know this. A god too petty for the creatures he creates is logically impossible to exist.
